STYLE YOGA that will help to see yourself differently>

The style approach that I cultivate makes life easier, days brighter, and confidence stronger. Everything is intentional and functional. I don’t use the word fashion. The idea of dressing in the morning becomes rather pleasant because you know what works, what is that makes you happy, and how to totally own your style and your closet.

If you would like to have an exercise that dissects and boosts your inspirations, and transforms your wardrobe identity into something that is unapologetically you - email me to schedule a session.

our styling sessions are pure magic >

MANTRAS:

(1) my goal is to give you tools. You must start to trust your sense of style and go forward on your own. Empower yourself to be original and daring. HOW: by diving into unconventional sartorial situations, encouraging yourself to explore, be daring and courageous.

(2) everything is learnable when you stop thinking that you lack something. Striving to look perfect? There is no such thing. Start playing with cultural clues and symbols. HOW: by scraping off all the traditional beliefs - this is luxury, this is status, this is cool or this is expensive, or my job requires me to look like this - none of this is relevant. The only thing you want to strive to achieve is this sort of simple elegance that works in many contexts and is meaningful to you.

(3) always excited and always happy. There is no point to wait for a miracle to happen. Dive into fully living now. No fear. No doubts. YES for the thrill. HOW: by analyzing what makes you delighted and plunging into it. By wearing what makes you happy.

(4) spend wisely. Wear things a hundred times. Repair and remake your old clothes into new ones. Hunt for vintage and collectibles. Mix inexpensive, emotional, rare, and luxurious (whatever significance it bears to you). HOW: by going slow thinking twice before buying, and looking at everything you have with more attention and more love.

(5) you don’t mold yourself on trends or celebrities. You don’t want to follow. No need for anyone’s approval. You also don’t want to look like someone else. Just being your authentic self. Find your essence. HOW: by listening to your inner voice - cravings - desires and aspirations.

(6) in my work I use feminine archetypes as an important tool to discover your new aspects and calibrate your intuitive image. HOW: by sampling all the flavors of that innately diverse woman inside you. // Yurga
