We do accept returns and issue refunds on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging with tags attached.
Please follow our returns process below >
- Email uswithin 7 days of the date of delivery indicating your order number and listing the items you wish to return.
- You will receive an email response with your return authorization number. You can request a return shipping label ($20.00 that will be applied toward your refund) or you can use your own shipping label just keep in mind that JUNETHINGS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Return address will be provided with return authorization.
- Please package the items, include the authorization number and ship it out to us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Don’t forget to email us the tracking number for any returns you ship! This way we can make sure it get’s back to us without any problems.
- You will be refunded within 8 business days after we receive the merchandise back. We don’t refund the original shipping fee.
Returns outside of this period are subject to rejection, JUNETHINGS reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
We do not accept returns of special orders, however if something went wrong and you don’t like your piece, we will try to accommodate you, please reach out to us.
Please note that items purchased with a discount are final sale and may not be returned.
