We accept returns and issue refunds. We don’t refund the original shipping fee.
Pieces should be unworn, unaltered, returned in original packaging with tags attached.
We will charge a $15. fee for the return label.
If you want to purchase your own label - don’t forget to insure the jewelry, and provide us the tracking number for the return. In this case you will be refunded the full amount except the original shipping fee.
Please follow the process below:
- Complete the return request below within 7 days of the date of delivery indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
- You will receive an email with your return authorization number and return label.
- Please package the items and ship it out to us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- You will be refunded in eight business days after we receive the merchandise back.
JUNETHINGS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please use shipping service with the tracking and insurance for your protection.
JUNETHINGS reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return procedures.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Returned shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer but we can provide you a return label if you request for the fee of $15.
We do not accept returns of special orders, however if something went wrong and you don’t like your piece, we will go above and beyond to accommodate you. Please email us here.
