By your use, you consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide you electronically, via email and on the website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. 

Please note that unless otherwise stated, the content on our website (images, photographs, illustrations, texts, etc.) is protected by copyright, design patents and trademarks.

Many of the jewelry items we sell contain small pieces and should be kept away from children under four years of age due to a potential choking hazard.

When you read our blog, please use common sense when making our decisions. Some advice is used as humor.

All JUNETHINGS prices shown on our website are our current suggested retail prices.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

JUNETHINGS reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

JUNETHINGS.COM accepts the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

JUNETHINGS will add applicable charges for sales tax on orders shipped. The sales tax rate depends on your location.

We will process your order the same day you purchase it.  Orders placed after 5pm on Friday, will be handled Monday morning.

At the moment we only ship domestically within the United States. If you are located overseas, please contact us directly via hey (at) junethings.com, and we will accommodate you.

After placing an order, you will be notified via email and advised of the estimated shipping date.

We will email order status updates to the email address provided at check out.

Updates will be provided indicating order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

If you would like to cancel or add onto an existing order, please notify us via: hey (at) junethings.com immediately.

If we do not receive your request for order modification or cancellation prior to shipping, we will not be able to refund or alter your purchase. You will have to receive the package and initiate the return.

Placing a special order is a full commitment of purchase. Special orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.

Items purchased with a discount are final sale.

All orders ship via UPS or Fedex. All of our items are shipped 100% insured through UPS or Fedex to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. This does mean someone must be available to sign for the package when it arrives.

Right now we only ship domestically within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

JUNETHINGS is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “delivered” by the delivery service.

If the package has been shipped prior to notification of the cancellation, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship the package.

Customer is also responsible for any shipping charges on any bounced or undelivered packages.

JUNETHINGS is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Please track your purchase.

We do accept returns and issue refunds. Please, just keep in mind that we are a small company - returns not only heavy-load the planet - but also restrict the bloodstream of our company. We are willing to accommodate any of your purchases and avoid any unnecessary exchanges, that's why you can contact our founder directly at hey (at) junethings.com. You can ask her any question - how long is the chain, how heavy are the earrings, what’s the provenance of the gemstones, who and when made the pieces, how to layer them or any other aspect you would like to clarify. You can even set up a fifteen minutes free consultation with Yurga, during which she will show you the items via video call and will give you all the details before you purchase the item.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging with “please do not remove” tags attached.

Please follow our returns process below:

- Complete the return request (electronic form below) within 7 days of the date of delivery indicating the items you wish to return.
- You will receive an email response with your return authorization number.
- Complete the RETURNS FORM sent to you – be sure you complete all sections of it.
- Please package the items with the completed RETURNS FORM and ship it out to us (within 14 days of the original delivery date).
- You will be refunded in eight business days after we receive the merchandise back.

JUNETHINGS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Returns outside of this period are subject to rejection, JUNETHINGS reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

JUNETHINGS only accepts return packages from Fedex with required signature confirmation.

Returned shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns of special orders, however if something went wrong and you don’t like your piece, we will try to accommodate you. Please email us at: hey (at) junethings.com 

Items shipped to you with free shipping will be credited for the purchase price excluding any shipping and insurance charges incurred to ship the order.

We always recommend choosing next day air shipping for fine jewelry.

Please email us the tracking number for any returns you ship.

RETURN REQUEST FORM:

If something purchased via JUNETHINGS.COM needs to be repaired, please contact us via email: hey (at) junethings.com and we will provide you all the details about the return process.

Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

The customer is be responsible for all shipping costs but the repair is free of charge unless the piece is missing a part or a stone.
