All JUNETHINGS orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles. Our customers shop on junethings.com in US dollars, and we ship all over the world. Your order total will show shipping fees, but not any additional customs fees, tariffs, or local taxes you might encounter importing into your country from the US. If you have questions before placing your order or want to clarify the details, please reach out to our customer service. Keep in mind that we are not experts on import taxes all over the world, so we might not be able to give you more clarity, but we will try.
SHIPPING FEE
Shipping within the United States - 20 USD International shipping - 30 USD
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and dispatching our product. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please be aware that delays may occur.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For all international orders, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the product price and order value, so additional costs for the customer might be incurred upon package arrival.
REFUSED ORDER
If an order is not collected from the service point after receiving a notification, or if our courier is unable to reach you for delivery because of incorrect information, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, JUNETHINGS reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of $20 in addition to the standard return shipping fee.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are becoming quite a standard way of purchasing jewelry. We are a small business and don’t produce a lot of inventory. Pre-orders mean that you will pay for the piece that will be put into production and shipped to you in four weeks after the order is placed. You can email us or send a DM on Instagram to clarify more details or ask us all the questions you might have prior to pre-ordering your chosen item. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
