JUNETHINGS gladly accepts returns of unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging with tags attached. This applies to full-priced purchases.
Tags must be attached and in their original condition; worn items will not be accepted for return.
The return cost within United States is 20 USD, which will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN PROCESS
Email uswithin 7 days of the date of delivery with your order number, listing what you wish to return.
You will receive your return authorization number and a shipping label.
Please package the jewelry, include the authorization number, and ship it out to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns outside of this period are subject to rejection.
JUNETHINGS reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
REFUNDS
You will be refunded within 8 business days after we receive the merchandise back. We don’t refund the original shipping fee. We will send you a notification email when the return has been completed.
We do not accept returns of special orders.
Please note that items purchased with final sale may not be returned.
